Product Details
Designed for rotary air compressors and industrial compressed air systems, this aluminum housing casting provides a rigid structural foundation for supporting the compressor assembly, bearing installation and internal rotating components.

Manufactured through precision aluminum casting, the housing integrates a large bearing chamber, reinforced structural ribs, mounting feet and open-frame support sections into a single lightweight casting. Critical bearing bores, locating surfaces and mounting interfaces can be fully CNC machined to achieve precise alignment, dimensional accuracy and reliable assembly.

The one-piece casting design reduces the number of assembled components while improving structural rigidity, vibration resistance and heat dissipation. Its lightweight aluminum construction also helps reduce the overall weight of compressor equipment without compromising strength.

This housing is widely used in rotary air compressors, screw compressors, industrial compressed air equipment, vacuum systems, pneumatic machinery and other custom OEM compressor applications.
