This cast iron centrifugal pump volute casing is designed for industrial fluid transfer systems, including water pumps, circulation pumps, cooling pumps, drainage pumps and general process pump assemblies. The component features an integrated volute flow channel, reinforced outer ribs, a central flange connection and multiple mounting holes for accurate assembly with pump covers, impellers, motor brackets and pipeline interfaces.

Manufactured by sand casting, the housing provides strong structural rigidity and reliable pressure resistance for continuous pump operation. The rough-cast surface retains the natural casting texture, while all critical areas such as flange faces, bore positions, sealing surfaces and threaded holes can be CNC machined according to customer drawings or samples.

The reinforced rib design improves overall strength and helps reduce deformation during operation. Its one-piece cast structure supports stable alignment, durable sealing performance and long service life in demanding industrial environments.

This pump casing can be customized in cast iron, ductile iron or other specified materials, with machining, drilling, surface treatment and dimensional inspection available according to OEM project requirements.
