Product Introduction
Our custom cast iron crankcases are engineered for twin-cylinder compressors and other reciprocating machinery. The housing features two symmetrical cylinder mounting bores and a reinforced central section designed to support the crankshaft, bearings, and internal transmission components.
Manufactured through sand casting followed by precision CNC machining, the component combines the vibration-damping characteristics of cast iron with the dimensional accuracy required for reliable compressor assembly. Cylinder mating faces, internal bores, threaded holes, bearing seats, and connecting surfaces can be machined to customer-specified tolerances.
The one-piece cast structure provides good rigidity and balanced load distribution, helping maintain accurate alignment between the two cylinder positions and the central drive mechanism. Reinforcing ribs and thickened mounting sections improve structural stability under repeated cyclic loads.
Unmachined surfaces can be treated with an industrial protective coating to improve corrosion resistance and provide a clean, durable finish. Coating color, machining areas, dimensional tolerances, and inspection requirements can all be customized according to different operating conditions.
