This ductile iron grooved check valve body is designed for valve assemblies used in fire protection, water distribution, and industrial piping systems. Its grooved connection ends allow fast installation with mechanical couplings, making it suitable for systems where reliable sealing, convenient maintenance, and efficient pipeline assembly are required.

The valve body features a robust cast structure, an integrated internal flow chamber, a clearly marked flow-direction arrow, and auxiliary connection points for drainage, pressure monitoring, or system accessories. The visible DN150 marking indicates a nominal pipe size of 150 mm, while the red protective coating is commonly used for corrosion protection and easy identification in fire protection applications.

Critical connection areas are CNC machined to ensure accurate fit, stable sealing, and consistent alignment during valve assembly. The grooved ends, internal seating areas, threaded ports, and mounting interfaces can all be machined according to customer drawings and technical requirements.
