Product Details
This horizontal split-case pump casing is designed for large centrifugal pump systems requiring high flow capacity, stable operation, and convenient internal maintenance. Its horizontally divided structure allows the upper casing to be removed without disturbing the main pipeline connections, making inspection and servicing of the impeller, shaft, bearings, and sealing components more efficient.

The casing features an integrated volute flow passage, reinforced structural ribs, large side connection flanges, precision-machined mounting interfaces, and a rigid foot-mounted base. The heavy-duty cast construction provides the strength and dimensional stability required for continuous operation in industrial water handling and fluid-transfer applications.

The upper and lower casing sections are produced by sand casting and then CNC machined at all critical assembly areas, including split-line surfaces, flange faces, bearing interfaces, sealing positions, bolt holes, and internal alignment features. Accurate machining helps ensure reliable assembly, controlled internal clearances, and consistent sealing performance.

Available in cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel, or other specified materials, this pump housing can be manufactured according to customer drawings, samples, operating conditions, and inspection requirements. Both rough castings and fully machined pump casings can be supplied for OEM pump manufacturing and replacement projects.
