Designed for compact industrial fluid and gas handling systems requiring multiple connection points, this multi-port valve body combines a central flow chamber, two opposing side flanges, an oval upper mounting interface, and a round base plate within a single integrated component.
The body is produced by investment casting and followed by CNC machining of critical features, including the flange faces, internal bores, sealing surfaces, threaded holes, and mounting locations. This manufacturing process combines the structural strength and design flexibility of a casting with the dimensional accuracy required for dependable assembly and sealing.
Its one-piece construction can reduce the number of welded joints and separate fittings required in the finished system. Reinforcing ribs improve the rigidity of the central body, while the machined ports support accurate alignment with connected pipes, valves, actuators, and auxiliary equipment.
