This OEM cast iron motor housing serves as the core structural frame for industrial electric motors, providing rigid protection and stable support for stator cores, rotor assemblies, bearings, and end shields.
Manufactured through premium sand casting followed by precision CNC machining on critical positioning and mounting surfaces, it delivers excellent dimensional accuracy, structural rigidity, and long-term reliability for continuous industrial operation.
The cylindrical housing features integrated external cooling fins to improve heat dissipation during motor operation. The precision-machined inner bore ensures accurate stator assembly, while the integrated terminal box mounting area supports convenient wiring and electrical connection.
Made from grey cast iron or ductile iron, the housing offers strong mechanical stability, good vibration damping, and reliable deformation resistance under heavy-duty working conditions.
Available material grades include Grey Cast Iron EN-GJL-250, Ductile Iron EN-GJS-500-7, and custom materials according to customer requirements. All castings are produced strictly according to customer drawings or physical samples, with CNC machining, dimensional inspection, and quality control to ensure consistent OEM performance.
