Engineered to serve as a rigid structural enclosure for industrial rotary equipment, this thick-wall cast housing provides an integrated cavity for rotating assemblies, auxiliary connection interfaces and maintenance access. Manufactured through precision casting followed by full CNC machining on all flange faces, positioning bores and connection ports, it delivers outstanding structural rigidity, tight dimensional tolerances and reliable assembly accuracy for demanding OEM applications.

This one-piece integrated casting features arched outer stiffening bosses that help distribute mechanical loads evenly and minimize structural deformation during long-term operation. Multiple precision-machined mounting interfaces are incorporated throughout the housing, including a large top assembly flange, base mounting flange, inner positioning flange, side auxiliary ports and a square inspection opening, providing flexible installation and convenient maintenance. The spacious annular internal cavity accommodates rotary shaft assemblies and other internal mechanical components while supporting precise component alignment.

Material options include ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7, grey cast iron, carbon steel WCB, stainless steel CF8/CF8M and other customer-specified alloys. All castings are manufactured strictly according to customer drawings and technical specifications. Critical mounting faces, positioning bores and connection interfaces are fully CNC machined to ensure excellent interchangeability, accurate assembly and consistent product quality.
