The closed impeller structure features integrated internal vanes and enclosed flow passages, helping improve hydraulic efficiency while maintaining smooth and consistent operation. Critical areas such as the center bore, mounting faces, sealing surfaces and balancing positions can be CNC machined according to customer drawings or samples. Dynamic balancing can also be provided to support smooth rotation, reduce vibration and improve pump operating reliability.

This impeller can be manufactured in cast steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel or other customer-specified alloys depending on the working medium, corrosion requirements, pressure conditions and service environment.
